Its soft and smooth that satisfies your craving soul. This is one recipe made with easily available ingredients and you need not mess up and get confused.
easiest homemade ice cream recipe /basic vanilla icecream
INGREDIENTS:
Condensed milk(chilled) – 280 gms
Fresh cream(chilled) – 250 gms
Some ice cubes
Vanilla essence – 3/4 tsp
METHOD:
1.Both condensed milk and fresh cream should be chilled before making this ice-cream.
2.Take a big bowl with ice cubes and over it place another bowl of fresh cream start to beat continuously with a beater for 5 minutes or till it becomes stiff or holds the shape(peaks).
3.Now add vanilla essence and whip once then add the condensed milk mix thoroughly till well combined.
4.Then pour this to a suitable container, wrap this with a cling wrap or aluminium foil.
5.The cling film should touch the ice-cream so that crystals does not form.Refrigerate for 6-8 hours and in-between you can take out and whisk nicely and put it back.
6.When ready scoop and enjoy.

Notes
Its a very easy ice-cream recipe that any one can make within no time.
While beating fresh cream the ice cubes should be there so that it creams well otherwise we can’t bring it to right consistency.
Instead of fresh cream you can use whipped cream.
