bhaji pav masala recipe /thattai bhaji snack
This post is slightly of different kind!it is for the reason that I received something appreciable!yes, suddenly it happened that I got a bunch of gift hampers from a well established Desai Brothers Limited who owns & manages the ‘Mother’s Recipe’ brand!this was the reason for intense and eager enjoyment.
They requested through mail that I can use any of their ready to use products and innovate something new and present it to them.I decided to accept it!picked up pav-bhaji masala mix to make a novel snack(bhaji pav masala recipe /thattai bhaji snack) item from it.I was puzzling whether the combination of thattai/nippatu and pav-bhaji masala will work!I have done this snack/chat using thattai/nippatu as the base! and astonishingly came out well as a delectable and winsome snack. We can sprinkle a few drops of lemon juice on this chat if you wish it to be tangy but I have not !The veggies should be cooked and mashed nicely for this thattai bhaji chat snack.
Thattai is a crispy snack made from rice flour and press here for making thattai

Very well done Vani. Applauding your effort and imaginative idea. I can well imagine how lip smacking this snack would have turned out. The Nipattu itself is so flavourful and on top the Pav Bhaji. Excellent and must try.
