Coconut milk - 200 mlextracted from 1 medium sized coconut
Salt a pinch
Some cut banana's for topping
vanilla essence - 1tsp
Keep the flame to simmer and mix coconut milk,vanilla essence and salt in a pan.
Let it heat up lightly.
Add palm sugar.
After sugar melts add cut banana's to it.
Simmer for 10 minutes and switch off the stove.
Garnish with few sliced banana's.
Palm-sugar can be substituted with regular sugar!!if not available!
But nowadays it is available in all regular provision store's.Type of banana used for this dessert in "Thai" is called "Klaum nam wa".
