First soak oats in water till immersed for 10 minutes.2.Mince greenchillis,curry leaves, coriander,ginger&sombu & keep.3.Now add mash oats as possible then add ground mixture,bengal gram flour &grated carrot.4.Add chilli powder needed salt pour in water mix to a thick batter.5.Keep a dosa tava make adai into small ones or bigger ones as needed.6.Make a hole in the middle so that in cooks evenly.7.Drizzle oil & cook golden take out serve with any spicy chutney of your choice.
Notes
Make sure the pan is adequately heated before pouring the batter. Test by sprinkling a few drops of water on the pan.
Once the bottom side is golden brown and crisp, flip the adai dosa using a spatula and cook the other side until it's cooked through.
Add water gradually to the oat batter until you achieve a thick batter.
