How to make sprouts:Wash & Soak horse-gram for 6-8 hours then drain.Now add fully drained horse gram into a vessel with lid.Let it sprout for 1 day you can sprout for 2 days for long sprouts. 2.Sprouted horse gram thuvayal:In a pressure cooker add sprouts with coriander seeds, green chillies,vadagam & small onions.Add water till every thing is immersed add needed salt.Close cooker leaves for many whistles.When sound subsides open cool it completly.Grind this to a thuvayal take out in a vessel.Make tadka with ghee, mustard to splutter ,then vadagam & some curry leaves.Add this to thuvayal mix well.Serve with hot rice with dollop of ghee.

Sprouted horsegram is particularly rich in protein, dietary fiber, calcium, iron, and phosphorus.
You can add a pinch of hing while making tadka.
If you are not using ghee then use gingelly oil or any oil.
