Dilute Agar-Agar powder in water leave it for 5 minutes.2.Grease suitable bowl or cups I have taken baking aluminium cups & glass container.3.Pour milk into a pan with condensed milk stir in well.4.Switch on the stove let it boil.5.Now add the diluted china grass mixture stir well.6.It will become slightly thick now switch off add rose essence.7.Stir down evenly add nuts mixture.8.Now you can add more nuts at the bottom then pour the mixture.9.Cool in fridge for 2-3 hours de-mold & serve.
Notes
You can take individual tin or any thing you prefer.
Instead of rose syrup you can add vanilla essence and make it as simple milk pudding.
Instead of Agar-Agar you can use gelatin or cornflour.
Agar Agar sets at room temperature as well but its preferable to serve it chilled.
