For making tikka:
Chicken bone less - 300 gms
Salt as needed for chicken
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Curd - 2 tbsp
Kashmiri Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Butter/oil to fry -1/2 cup
For gravy:
Oil+butter - 3 tbsp
Chopped onion - 3/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 11/2 tbsp
Tomato puree(ground tomatoes) - 1 cup
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 2 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Dry Fenugreek leaves/kasuri methi - 2 tsp
Fresh-cream - 1-2 tbsp
