healthy ragi soup recipe / mix veg ragi soup/ finger millet soup

Ingredients
  

  • Ragi powder - 3 tbsp

    Ginger& green chilli minced - 3 tsp

    Small onions chopped - 1/4 cup

    Mix veggies(carrot, peas &beans) - each 1/4 cup

    Oil - 1 tbsp

    Pepper powder - 3/4 th tbsp

    Salt as per need

Instructions
 

  • Keep a pan add oil saute onions then green chilli ginger minced.
    2.Saute a little add peas with some salt stir well .
    3.Now add beans followed by carrots saute it nicely.
    4.Add 250 ml water and close lid cook till veggies are cooked well without changing colour.
    5.Make a slurry with ragi flour with 200 ml water.
    6.Add this to veg mixture with more water to bring to the soupy consistency.
    7.Add needed salt & pepper powder,close lid let it thicken.
    8.Open and stir, switch off serve hot

Notes

  • Ragi mixture added should be cooked well.
  • You can add needed water to bring to the soupy consistency.

  • The veggies should be cooked well as well as it should not change colour.
