First keep a pan roast the peanuts till nice aroma come out take out and let it cool.2.Take this in a towel and rub out the skin take out the peanuts alone leaving the skin in the towel.3.Measure both peanuts and jaggery.4.Take a mixie jar add peanuts and pulse it to get a coarse mixture.5.To this add jaggery powder and again pulse to get a nice sand like mixture.6.The mixture will hold the shape this is the right consistency to make laddu’s.7.Make laddu’s and store it in a airtight container and enjoy.
Notes
Jaggery measurement can be increased but the amount that I have added itself will be with perfect sweetness.
Keep the mixture coarse don’t need to grind it smoothly.
