Wash boneless chicken take it in a mixing bowl.Add needed salt then ginger garlic paste with turmeric powder.2.Lemon juice,Garam masala, coriander powder and chilli powder.3.Add in chicken masala and mix well.4.Now add all the three flours add little water at a time and mix.5.Chicken pieces should be well coated.6.Add in some curry leaves mix and marinate for 30 minutes.7.When chicken marinates keep kadai heat up oil.8.When oil is hot fry chicken pieces at medium high flame.9.Adjust flame while frying so that insides also gets cooked.10.When golden take out in a tissue and serve hot.
Notes
I have added Kashmiri chilli powder for colour.
You can use normal chilli powder as you need.
Oil temperature should be right to get perfect fried chicken.
Boneless pieces would be better for this pakoda.
Using the same recipe you can make it with mushroom, paneer and even with baby corn.
