Keep a kadai with butter when it melts add ginger garlic paste.2.When it turns light brown add chicken pieces with some needed salt.3.Chicken changes colour at this stage add water to cook with pepper powder.4.Let it cook till all the water dries up.5.Now remove in bowl and let it cool.6.When cool add to a mixer jar and pulse.7.Just shred the chicken and take in a mixing bowl.8.Add mayonnaise and mix well now stuffing is ready.9.Now toast the bread slices by adding butter and keep ready.10.Stuff the chicken in bread slice and close with another.11.Now your juicy chicken mayo sandwich is ready.

Use sandwich bread to make this recipe.
Just shred the chicken don’t over blend it.
Using mayo is our option you can use more or less of it.
I have used eggless mayonnaise you can use mayonnaise with egg.
