For lemon water mix - 1/2 tbsp lemon juice +2 tbsp water
Tamarind extract - few tbsps
Fried garlic (from one clove sliced thin)
Onions to be fried (from 2 onions)
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Some hot oil to mix with 2 tbsp chilli flakes
Oil to fry onion
Some chopped coriander
Instructions
Keep ready with all the ingredients.2.Boil eggs for 10 minutes cool take off shell and keep ready.3.Keep ready with tamarind water, lemon mixed with water and salt water.4.To chilli flakes add chilli powder and hot oil and keep ready.5.Fry onions till golden take out and keep .6.In the same oil fry garlic till golden and keep ready.7.Now take egg slit in the middle stuff onion,gar;lic.8.Then add salt water, lemon juice and tamarind water.9.Now add chilli flakes oil.10.You can add more fried onion and garnish with chopped coriander.11.Serve with atho or as it is as a snack.
Notes
The stuffing can be more or less same way spices added can be more as you wish.
.Don’t slit the egg too much make a nice cut so that you can stuff comfortably.
