Cut idlis into cubes keep a kadai with oil when its nicely hot fry idlis golden take out in a tissue and keep ready.2.Make a slurry with cornflour and water keep ready.3.Now in the same pan add 11/2 tbsp of oil when its nicely hot add cubed onions and in seconds add capsicum fry for a minute.4.Now add chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies saute well.5.Then tomato ketchup soya sauce.6.Add chilli powder,salt and sugar.7.Stir well add vinegar.8.Pour the dissolved slurry when it thickens add fried idlis.9.Give a nice stir till all contents coats well.10.Garnish with some spring onions or chopped coriander.11.Serve hot.
Notes
You can make this idlis little saucy or dry as you like it.
If you have spring onions use them for garnish.
If you have different coloured capsicum like red yellow it will be eye-catching.
Fry idlis nicely golden and fry them in very hot oil otherwise it will absorb lots of oil.
