eggless choco lava cake recipe /microwave molten lava cake

Ingredients
  

  • All purpose flour/maida - 26 gms/ 3 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder - 7 gms /1 tbsp
  • Castor sugar - 28 gms /2 tbsp
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp/ 2 gm
  • Salt a pinch
  • Milk - 60 ml / 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla essence - 1/4 tsp

  • Dairy milk chocolate (silk) - few cubes

  • choco chips/Dairy milk chocolate (silk) - few cubes

  • Unsalted butter melted - 28 gas / 2tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Keep every ingredient ready.
    2.Take a bowl with all-purpose flour add cocoa powder with pinch of salt baking powder and castor sugar.
    3.Mix well without any lumps or to be sure its best to sieve all dry ingredients.
    4.Mix vanilla essence with milk.
    5.Add this to the dry mixture and combine thoroughly without any lumps.
    6.Add in the melted butter mix well to combine.
    7.Now pour the content to a microwave safe bowl or mug.
    8.Put some chocochips or diary milk chocolate chunks in the middle.
    9.Close it with more batter tap once.
    10.Keep in micro high for 30-40 seconds.
    11.This time may vary accordingly.
    12.Take out leave it for one or two seconds and scoop out the lava inside and enjoy.
    If you are going to invert the cake then grease the bowl with butter.

Notes

  • Note for the time if you leave it longer it becomes perfect cake.
  • Use nice melting chocolate like dairy milk silk if you are not having choco-chips.
  • To be more sure you can sieve the ingredients so that you have no lumps.
  • Instead of butter you can use any flavourless vegetable oil.
