Wash and soak basmati rice for ten minutes.2.Keep every thing ready take extract from coconut chop tomatoes and onions.3.Take a mixer jar add coriander, green chillies, onions, and ginger garlic paste.4.Add some water and grind it to a coarse paste and keep ready.5.Keep a pressure cooker add oil-ghee combination and when it heats up add cinnamon, cloves and cardamom.6.Then the cashews to become golden.7.Now add the ground mixer.8.Let it cook and leave oil now add needed salt then turmeric powder and stir.9.Add measured amount of water and coconut milk.10.Let it boil now add soaked and drained basmati rice.11.At one stage water level and rice become equal.12.Now close cooker put on weight.13.Leave it for one whistle and when its cool open cooker fluffy rice and serve hot.
Notes
Instead of green chillies you can add chilli powder or even both.
Always soak basmati rice for at least 10 minutes.
Use nicely ripened tomatoes.
Using ghee gives nice flavour to this variety rice.
