In a mixing bowl add all the flours with needed salt, chilli powder, hing.2.Add hot oil to it.3.Mix by adding water till it forms a loose dough that is not sticky.4.Heat a kadai with oil.5.Take murukku press add the needed dough now you can directly squeeze into the oil.6.Else can press it separately in a banana leaf or plastic sheet and transfer to hot oil.7.Oil should be at medium high.8.Fry the murukku’s till shh sound subsides take out in a tissue.
Notes
Instead of bengal gram flour you can use urad dal flour or fried gram flour.
Oil should be at correct temperature to fry the murukku.
Bit of turmeric can also be added for colour.
The murukku is ready when the shh sound subsides then you can take out from oil.
