easy mango ice cream with sweetened condensed milk

Ingredients
  

  • Ripe mangoes(cut) - 11/4 cups
  • Condensed milk - 11/2 cups
  • Fresh cream - 3/4 cup

Instructions
 

  • First add cut pieces of mangoes in a blender and grind smooth.
    Then add condensed milk to this and again blend.
    Take this in a separate bowl and keep.
    In another take ice cubes in a big bowl and place a bowl with fresh cream over it.
    Cream with a hand blender till nicely thick.
    Add this to the mango puree and fold nicely until well combined.
    Transfer to a freezable container and close with a cling film.
    Freeze for at least 8 hours or until set.
    In-between take out and beat well until silky and keep back.
    Your mango ice cream is all ready.

Notes

These three ingredients itself makes a perfect mango ice-cream and there is no need to add milk.
Take mangoes without any fibre otherwise any sweet mango variety will be ok for making this ice-cream.
Fresh cream should be cold enough when whipping and in addition with ice cubes bowl to set.
