egg kuzhi paniyaram /muttai paniyaram without idli batter

Ingredients
  

  • Eggs - 2
  • Finely chopped onions - 3 tbsp
  • Finely chopped green chillies - 2
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves - some
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Take eggs in a bowl beat well till fluffy then add chopped onions, coriander,coriander, green chillies, salt and chilli powder and again beat.
  • Meanwhile heat up a kuzhi paniyaram pan add oil to each cup pour these egg batter.
  • Adjust the flame and cook on both sides till done.
  • Serve hot as a side dish for a simple rasam or as a snack.

Notes

You can even add some tomatoes and any veggies in grated form or finely chopped so that it cooks fast.
For extra taste instead of chilli powder you can add pepper powder.
