elaneer payasam tender coconut kheer

Ingredients
  

  • Tender coconut water/elaneer - 1 cup
  • Tendercoconut flesh /elaneer valukai - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Condensed milk - 3/4 cup
  • Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Normal boiled milk thick milk variety- 1/2 cup
  • Coconut milk thick extract - 1/2 cup
  • Ghee - 2 tsp
  • Mixer of some cashews badam and pista fine chopped.

Instructions
 

  • Mash well the flesh of the tender coconut in a mixer jar and add the tender coconut water with this and keep ready.
  • Add the boiled milk and coconut milk in a bowl add sugar and when it is dissolved add the condensed milk.
  • Now after mixing add the mixer of tender coconut water to it followed by cardamom powder.
  • When it is well mixed keep a kadai with ghee add all the chopped nut and when they brown add this to payasam mix stir well and serve chilled.

Notes

Instead of plain milk you can replace all with coconut milk alone.
Adjust the sugar added according to your taste.
You can fine chop or grind the tender coconut while adding its all depends on our need.
This payasam may not be thick and it will be drinkable.
