how to make eggless chocolate brownie at home

Ingredients
  

  • All purpose flour/maida - 11/4 cups
  • Cocoa powder - 1/4 cup
  • Dark chocolate compound - 100 grams
  • Butter - 130 gms
  • Sugar castor sugar - 1 cup
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
  • Milk - little more than 1/2 cup
  • Chopped Badam - 3-4 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Take a thick pan with water and also an another empty vessel with chocolates(broken).
  • Keep the thick pan with water to boil first then place the pan with chocolates to melt.
  • Keep the flame in sim add butter to it and stir it to melt.
  • In between preheat oven at 170 degrees.
  • Now when melted add sugar to it and stir then add vanilla essence and stir.
  • Now take dry ingredients maida,cocoa powder and baking powder,sieve it in a separate mixing bowl.
  • Mix well and keep.
  • Add this flour mixture little at time to wet ingredients and mix.
  • When mixing you will find it doughy,so add milk then and there to bring it to right consistency.
  • The consistency for this is little thick and now add chopped almond and mix well.
  • Grease and line a suitable tin with parchment,add this content to it.
  • Bake it in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 170 degrees and little higher at 180 degrees for another 20 minutes.
  • When skewer inserted come out clean the brownie is ready.
  • When cool cut and enjoy as such or make a chocolate glaze and pour over it.
  • Its best enjoyed with simple vanilla ice-cream.

Notes

As always the oven temperature differs for different ovens and given one is my own oven settings.
Amount of milk added may differ to bring it to right consistency.
When using double boiling method see to that you do not burn your chocolates,keep on stirring it.
You can use even milk chocolate compound instead of dark chocolate.
