salad with chickpeas (chana)andfruits(chaat/sundal)

Ingredients
  

  • Orange peeled and cut to segments - 1/2 cup
  • Pomegranate - 1/2 cup
  • Brown boiled chana/garbanzo beans/chick pea - 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Chat masala - 1/2 tbsp or as needed
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp or as needed

Instructions
 

  • keep every thing ready.
  • Take every thing in a bowl add chat masala and salt(a pinch).
  • Add lemon juice and refrigerate for some time(have already added salt for chana while boiling).
  • serve chilled.

Notes

I have added salt while boiling chana itself so I have added little only.
Instead of chat masala you can add black salt or even chilli powder.
You can substitute with any fruits like pineapples and apples too.
Even simple salt and pepper to this salad will be great if not adding other masalas.Instead of brown chana you can use regular white chana.
