sweet recipe with milk/paal halwa/milk halwaYet another simple sweet recipe with milk!paal halwa/milk halwa. My amma is crazy about this milk halwa while am not a great fan!!but equally I love and die for Palkova which I have in “my space”(Post) already. It(palkova) is a very simple dish made with only two ingredients!but with mesmerizing flavor and taste.sweet recipe with milk/paal halwa/milk halwaPalkova and paal halwa has a specified slight difference between them in terms of feel, taste and method!!Mmm..I forgot to say that my hubby too loves it very much. For this sweet recipe with milk/milk halwa I have added lemon juice at a later stage but you can add it before itself.Use a non stick pan so that it will be safe and easy to handle. You should be near the stove all the time stirring !!otherwise it sticks to the bottom.I have used a heavy bottomed kadai when boiling and a non-stick kadai after it thickens.
