I have always been fascinated to the names of mocktail and I love this one too. Spring fever totally this is, with the lovely colour of spring , the vibrancy and joy served in that glass. One look at the mocktail and a surge of happiness is sure to overtake you, just like the advent of spring. Love the idea of the shaker, makes it look just like the professionals do. A slurpy, yummy, eye pleaser. Surely summers will rock with a mocktail like this.
