INGREDIENTS:

Roasted peanuts/groundnuts(remove the skin) – 1cup
Powdered jaggery –  1/2 cup and  a tbsp extra

METHOD:

 

1.Take roasted groundnuts and remove the skin and keep ready.
2.Then take powdered jaggery.
3.Put both in a mixer and whisk it coarsely.
4.That’s  it you are ready to make balls and serve.

  • Powdered jaggery - 1/2 cup and 1 tbsp extra

Instructions

  1. Take roasted groundnuts and remove the skin and keep ready.
  2. Then take powdered jaggery.
  3. Put both in a mixer and whisk it coarsly.
  4. That's it you are ready to make balls and serve.

Notes

Make the powder coarsely for this not fine. Peanuts should be perfectly roasted. It keeps well for many days.
