INGREDIENTS:

Karuppu ulundhu/whole black gram urad dal – 1 cup
Jaggery powdered – 1 cup
Cardamom pods – 5-6
Melted ghee – 1 cup(or as needed)
Fry some broken cashews(2 tbsp) in ghee and keep ready

Notes

Adjust and add ghee as per need,if the laddu is dry its because of less ghee. Perfectly dry roasting the dal makes wonderful ladoo’s. If it is not roasted well then rawness of the urad dal will be there.
