onion murukku recipe /masala thenkuzhal/vengaya murukkuMost favorite bit of Janmashtami /KrishnaJayathi for me is making prints of baby feet’s and it always feels something close to my heart.I perceive that lord Krishna himself comes into my home running and fills the whole place with his divine charm. Those days bakshanam(festive snacks/sweets) making was well planned it would always be a team work with a group of women sharing their work equally. This onion murukku recipe is a unique snack onion murukku recipe /masala thenkuzhal/vengaya murukkuthat I have not tried ever.Thought of adding chilli powder but skipped and kept plain. This recipe has been adapted from my favorite food expert revathi shanmugam mam as told in earlier posts I always love to follow her recipes. You can sieve both urad dhal flour and rice flour once if you need.I have not sieved it added as such, adding ghee gives a nice flavour to this dish.If you like to add more curry leaves you can very well add but the colour will change.
