milkmaid coconut ladoos/Thengai ladooThe milkmaid coconut ladoos are “the easiest”sweets ever!!!only two main ingredients..easy peasy job to do.It will be the soft and gooey balls that you will get!should refrigerate so that we can enjoy and appreciate its real excellence(but I like it as such without refrigeration)It can be done with dry coconut,I have tried it with fresh coconut!!milkmaid coconut ladoos/Thengai ladooeven for rolling the ladoos I have used the fresh coconut.Anyone who are just into a cooking venture can very well try this milkmaid coconut ladoos because you will never fail in this and your confidence in cooking will polish up to next level!!ya!really.Can add suitable nuts for this if you wish to do so.Now I will show you how to do milkmaid coconut ladoos.

milkmaid coconut ladoos/Thengai ladoo

INGREDIENTS:

Fresh grated coconut – 1 cup (and some extra for rolling)
Milkmaid – 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Ghee – 1/2 tsp

METHOD:

1.Take grated coconut and milkmaid in a kadai and heat up.
2.Stir up continuously.
3.Add little ghee and stir up.
4.Then when it thickens add cardamom powder.
5.When all the content comes together like a dough switch off and make a ball.
6.Roll out it in coconut scrapping and refrigerate for sometime before serving.

Notes

It can be done with dry coconut too.
Refrigerate the ladoo's so that it is of right consistency!!otherwise it will be soft and gooey which is also yummy.
