I enjoy and feel seductive when I see an array of different cupcakes decorated with different themes and cute frosting’s!creative ideas are just adorable. In the midst of various baking delights. I was longing to make this cupcakes for quite some time and now I have added one on my list.They come out as perfect cupcakes that every body will love it. how to bake eggless cupcakes/easy eggless cupcakesWhen we use milk and milk powder for this easy eggless cupcakes!it gives structure to cakes.Especially the milk powder gives special character to it.Should grease the mould according to the type you are using,here I had a silicon mould so I didn’t grease it.If using steel mould grease it properly with butter coating and dust with flour.They “are”easy eggless cupcakes”because they take less time to bake than normal cakes.

INGREDIENTS:

All purpose flour/maida – 1 cup
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Milk powder – 3 tbsp
Milk – 1/2 cup
Butter(soft and chill) – 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp
Baking soda – 1/2tsp
Baking powder – 1/2tsp
Choc-chips- 2 tbsp

METHOD:

1.Sieve maida,baking powder and baking soda and keep ready.
2.Take butter,milk-powder and sugar  in a bowl and beat.
3.Whisk it out nicely till fluffy add vanilla essence in-between,then add milk and whisk it nicely.
4.Now pre-heat oven at 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
5.Then add the dry ingredients to it little by little.
6.To a frothy mixture.
7.Fill up half way in suitable cup cake moulds(if using steel mould grease it properly with butter coating and dust with flour)I have used silicon mould.
8.Sprinkle some choco chips if necessary.

Notes

Use of choco-chips is optional.
Sugar is not powdered it is used as such.
