In his recipe list mango pieces were included but even though I was not having one it tasted great and kids will love it for sure.A sharp crunchiness comes from the peanuts added!!!other than pomegranate and onion. cornflakes crunchy bhel/healthy corn flakes bhel is a perfect after school snack.The most important note is that you should serve cornflakes crunchy bhel/healthy corn flakes bhel immediately other wise the cornflakes become too soggy!!!too quickly.

INGREDIENTS:

Cornflakes – 1 cup
Peanuts(roasted and skinned) – 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chat masala – 1tsp
Potato boiled and sliced -2 tbsp
Tomato seeded and sliced – 11/2 tbsp
Onion chopped – 2 tbsp
Pomegranate kernels -1/4 cup
Chopped coriander – 1 tbsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp

METHOD:

1.Boil potatoes,slice it chop onions,tomato and coriander,keep ready.
2.In a container/bowl add corn and peanuts.
3.Then add all the ingredients listed with lime juice.
4.Shake and mix well and serve immediately.

Instructions

Should serve cornflakes crunchy. The cornflakes become too soggy!!!too quickly. Be careful when adding salt and lemon juice because too much of it will spoil the recipe.
